Bengmelea - Koh Ker temple group

When you arrived at Koh Ker,  will be amazed at how different it looked from the other Khmer / Cambodian temples during wet and dry . It is more pyramid-like and  recure you away of crow..! put in adventure by drive and live, farming..! a different view

This Day we can start at 8: am Will drive 75KM to northest of Siem Reap visit Beng Mealea Temple which is built in the 12th century. It is the one was invaded by jungle. The site of Beng Mealea covers an area of 110 hectares and includes many shrines including the temple of Beng Mealea itself occupies only the center. Despite the uncertainty surrounding its construction, this area is similar to the style of Angkor Wat.

Lunch on way to Koh Ker, will drive to the North-East of Benmelea (85KM) to visit the group of Koh Ker temples. You will visit Prasat Thom 'Great temple' which was built on the 7 pyramidal base. And you also visit to Linga Temples and many more temples.

On the way back from Koh Ker temples. You will see the traces of Khmer ancestors cut the sand stone and transport through the river to Angkor archaeological site and other places for temple buildings. Return to hotel.
